The healthcare professionals of the 49th Medical Group are dedicated to providing the best health care possible to the 49th Fighter Wing and its units. The 49th Medical Group provides outpatient services from 0730 to 1630, Monday through Friday, and is closed on weekends, federal holidays, wing down days and Air Combat Command family days.

49 MDG Mission:
Provide a fit and healthy force for contingency operations (Contingency Operations). Provide or arrange for the full spectrum of healthcare for our beneficiaries (Community Healthcare).

Hours of operation:
Open 0730 - 1630 Monday through Friday, closed at 1530 every Thursday for training. Closed on weekends, Federal Holidays, Wing down days and ACC family days.
